Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping (freight forwarding/logistics industry experience is preferred)
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, and charts)
• ⁠Familiar with finance and accounting software

Key Responsibilities

• Process and record accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions
• ⁠Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor account balances
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management review
• Coordinate with external vendors, banks, and government agencies regarding payments and financial requirement
