RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives and business development plans to drive growth, profitability, and market expansion.
- Lead, motivate, and oversee the sales team to achieve KPIs, GP, and volume targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure retention, satisfaction, and service excellence.
- Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning to support sustainable growth.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics , business , supply chain management or a related field.
- At least 5 years of working experience as Sales Manager Freight Forwarding or Sales Shipping Line
- Solid understanding of freight forwarding operations, logistics, and supply chain management.
- Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
