Enterprise Account Manager

We’re Hiring – Enterprise Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities with mining and resource companies in Western Australia.

  • Perform consultative selling, including presentations, demos, and ROI proposals.

  • Collaborate with pre-sales, engineering, and customer success teams to create customized solutions.

  • Gather market intelligence to inform strategy and go-to-market plans.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle.

Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in mining, industrial automation, digital solutions, or condition monitoring.

  • Strong background in consultative or solution-based selling; familiarity with SaaS or predictive maintenance is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel to remote mine sites as needed.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Ability to sell high-value, consultative solutions.
