Industry: Sports Retail Location : Jakarta, Hybrid
Job Descriptions:

Draft/review standard agreements and internal policies.

Track licenses, permits, and compliance deadlines.

Research laws on retail, franchising, employment, and sports.

Prepare contract summaries, risk reviews, and negotiation support.

Liaise with external lawyers, notaries, and government offices.
Requirements:

Final-year Law student or fresh graduate (Business/Commercial Law preferred).

Strong drafting, research, and organizational skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English.

Detail-oriented and proactive; interest in sports/retail law is a plus.
